2025 IOL Gavin Blanchard flips commitment from UCF to Clemson
Clemson added another key piece to its 2025 recruiting class on Friday, as three-star Tampa (Fla.) Jesuit offensive lineman Gavin Blanchard flipped his pledge from UCF to the Tigers.
Blanchard had been committed to the Knights since June, when he chose them over Georgia Tech, UAB, Middle Tennessee State and others.

But after a recent visit to Death Valley, he joins the Tigers’ class, which currently ranks No. 15 nationally in the On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings.
The 6-foot-3, 300-pounder is the No. 938 overall prospect in the 2025 class, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He also ranks as the nation’s No. 73 offensive lineman and the No. 120 recruit in Florida.
