Why do so many people think that Arky Manager is all that?

Trying to build a championship-level baseball program at Bama is like joining the Air Force to become a tank driver or ship captain. Makes no sense.
But to each his own.

Elander’s assistants are going to make him or break him - pitching coach needs to move on!

There’s a very real chance we’re in the market for a new HC this time next year
Hopefully not but wouldn’t be shocked

Just in terms of culture, history, and potential fit. edit: hate in terms of programs I don’t dislike and aren’t in our conference. My preference is for Vitello to be the greatest manager in MLB history and never set foot on a college campus again and for Elander to lead the Vols to 8+ titles. But if Vitello comes back to college, I wouldn’t want him in the SEC or other schools I mildly dislike/hate.He will ultimately end up back in college but may not be Arky.
