Didn't want to compete or staff told him he should look else where? Or GT made him a great offer?

Is there a world where they feel like ohmmacht is trending towards them and we’re ok with this, or is this just a straight up loss?

I guess the “staying close to home” is pretty self explanatory. I don’t believe that’s the full reason, gotta be something else. Oh well. Onto the next recruit

Just wanted to stay close to home. Georgia Tech’s campus is only like 20 miles from his high school

Didn't even have a ranking from the prestigious recruiting service that is ESPN. Never wanted, never offered.

Sometimes it is as simple as staying home. Have to remember these are still 16/17 year olds who haven’t lived away from their parents before and they start to realize that’s more of a big deal for them. It’s why I’ve pointed out why Ohnmacht may not be over if he commits to Penn State because distance is the reason he hasn’t committed to Penn State yet despite them being the favorite for a bit.

Comes from a line of famous Elzey flip floppers Arnold Elzey Jones Jr. (December 18, 1816 – February 21, 1871), known for much of his life simply as Arnold Elzey, was a soldier in both the [URL='https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Army']United States Army and the Confederate Army,

Loss. I think they are still running second for Ohnmacht.

Big loss. He seemed like the best player we had in this class according to his offers. He ranking hadn't shown what his offer sheet did.

His film didn't fit the offer sheet either to be fair, IMO he was closer to his ranking than his offer sheet.

Any kid that can't be more than 20 minutes from mama is soft. Except for the kansas kids that stay home. That's true integrity.

Georgia Tech has a really nice campus and is a high quality school. I mean, it's still better to live in physicality, don't get me wrong. Of course. Goes without saying.

It's fine. The 20-minutes away line of demarcation only eliminates Wamego, Rock Creek, and Junction City anyway.

Is there anyone coming in on OV this month you think this opens up an opportunity for? @Drew Galloway

Extremely good engineering school, but I highly doubt many of their football players are graduating with engineering degrees from there.

8 players on their current roster are listed as engineering majors. No idea on the graduation numbers.
